Yasmine Abd El Qader, PhD student

My name is Yasmin Abd El Qader I am a PhD student in leadership and management of Arab education systems. 

My PhD focused on Teachers' professional and organizational commitment as mediators in the relationship between the principals' personality traits, principal leadership styles, and school effectiveness in the Arab education system in Israel.

This research allows teachers to receive support and appreciation for their work from their principal. The appreciation improves his working conditions and influences the level of commitment and motivation of the teachers both to achieve the goals of the organization and to fulfill their professional and personal expectations. Also, gives autonomy to teachers and empowers teachers through involvement in the decision-making process.
