2023 - 2025:           Head and Founder of the International Relations Unit

2023 – Present:      Head, Leadership Organizational Development and Policy program

 

Founder of several MA specializations within the department:

(1) Higher Education

(2) Informal system: youths and community

(3) Leadership track in cooperation with Holon Pizgah

(4) Leadership track for the Druze society (commemoration of Capt Hereldin)

(5) Research executive track for senior executives from the Ministry of Education

These initiatives have not only expanded our academic offerings but have also fostered a more specialized and comprehensive approach to leadership studies. These newly established tracks were developed to address the growing demand for specialization in key areas of educational leadership, while maintaining high academic standards and professional relevance. Equally important, they aim to expand access to graduate-level leadership studies for underrepresented and peripheral populations through tailored programs that promote diversity, inclusion, and social mobility within the Israeli education system.
