Principals' Boundary Activities and School Effectiveness:
a Moderated-Mediation Model

My name is Iris Ma'abari. I am a Ph.D student and a former M.A. student in linguistics at Bar-Ilan University.

My PhD focuses on Senior Management Teams (SMT) and proposes that SMT effectiveness mediates the relationship between principals' boundary activities (internal and external activities) and the school's effectiveness (e.g., academic emphasis, school violence, teachers' absenteeism, and teacher's intention to leave).

My research will potentially shed light on the different boundary activities and the direct and indirect contributions to school effectiveness through SMT effectiveness and hopefully will present a holistic perspective for school management and school effectiveness.
